1. Project profile

1.Project procurement budget: 270,000 yuan/year。
1.3 Project procurement content: The service fee for each successful issuance of a project (project implementation plan, legal opinion, financial evaluation report and related consulting) shall not exceed 40,000 yuan, and the total annual service fee shall not exceed 220,000 yuan。No fee will be paid for unsuccessful projects。If the cumulative amount of issuance exceeds 300 million yuan in the year, the excess part shall be 0.5‰ standard payment incentive service fee, the total amount of incentive service fee does not exceed 50,000 yuan。
1.4 Project service period: Sign the contract for one year
2.Bidding supplier qualification requirements:

2.5 The procurement shall be subject to post-qualification examination, but the consortium bid is not accepted。
